When you purchase or download a Quell app, Quell grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable store-platform terms.
Quell products, logos, documentation, interface design, and related materials remain owned by Quell or its licensors. Purchasing or downloading an app does not transfer ownership of the software.
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, remove notices, misrepresent authorship, or use Quell software to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm other users.
Quell may provide updates, fixes, documentation, and support resources. Some features may change over time as products are improved, repaired, or prepared for future releases.
Quell products help structure prompts and workflows. They do not guarantee that any AI model will produce correct, safe, complete, or suitable output. Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software.
