When you purchase or download a Quell app, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these terms and any applicable store-platform terms.

Ownership
Quell products, logos, documentation, interface designs, and related materials remain owned by Quell or its licensors. Buying or downloading an app gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the software.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass licensing, remove notices, misrepresent authorship, or use Quell software to violate laws, infringe rights, or harm other people.
Updates and availability
Quell may provide updates, fixes, documentation, and support resources. Some features may change over time as products are improved, repaired, or prepared for future releases.
AI output disclaimer
Quell products help structure prompts and workflows. They do not guarantee that any AI model will produce correct, safe, complete, or suitable output. Review the results before you rely on them, especially for important decisions.
Limitations
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quell is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the software.
