Quell builds tools that help people write clearer prompts, organize AI workflows, and request support when something goes wrong. This policy explains the information Quell may collect through this website, support requests, purchase flows, and related product experiences.
When you contact support, Quell may receive your name, email address, selected product, issue type, app version, device or operating system, issue details, screenshots, receipts, logs, and any message content you choose to send.
The Quell website may use basic hosting, security, analytics, or store-platform information needed to operate the site, protect the service, understand page performance, and route users to product listings. Payment details, taxes, receipts, and refunds may be handled by the store or payment platform used for the purchase.
PromptEZ core tools are designed to work offline on the user’s device. External pages such as the website, support, store listings, updates, documentation, or customer help may require internet access.
PromptEZ is planned as a one-time paid app with no ads. Quell does not sell advertising access inside the core PromptEZ experience.
